For the great majority of employees, the lunch break is a welcome routine of small rituals, as shown by a Sociovision survey for Elior Group.

In France, workers eat their lunch with the same people, at the same time and on a budget that varies very little from day to day. They spend between 30 minutes and 1 hour on their lunch break. 90% of employees always go on their lunch break at the same time, between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm.
